Returns & Exchanges

We kindly ask that you carefully review our policy below before sending us an email requesting a return/exchange.

All of our products are unique and made to order. Therefore, we will not make returns/exchanges if the customer has ordered the wrong size/color or if the customer did not identify with the print upon receipt.

Returns


All returned/refunded items must meet the following conditions or may be subject to refusal and will be sent back.

Our policy lasts 30 days after fulfillment, if it has been more than 14 days since you received your item(s), unfortunately we cannot offer a return/exchange.

Products will be accepted for return/exchange in the event of a damaged product or manufacturing error, after we receive the product back, it must not:

  • Dirty, dry (exposed to daylight or machine) and must not have been used.
  • Excessively wrinkled.
  • Be covered in animal/human hair or lint
  • Have detergent stains or strong odors.

Please note:

If your item includes tags, the original tags must be attached.

For refunds, shipping costs will apply.

Once we receive your return and inspect the product, we ask that you allow 7 business days for a refund of the amount paid, which will be refunded to your original form of payment.


Exchange requests

  • If your product(s) meet our return conditions, our team will process your exchange request based on stock availability.
  • If stock is not available, a refund will be issued back to your original form of payment, minus the original shipping costs, within 7 business days.

International Returns and Exchanges

We do not offer returns or exchanges on international orders at this time.
APO/FPO/DPO:

We do not offer returns or exchanges on APO/FPO/DPO orders at this time.
Extended Holiday Return Policy

The return and exchange policy is extended through Christmas. Orders placed after November 12, 2024 will have until January 31, 2025 to return or exchange.
